Furthermore it is assumed that the user understands the nature of the products which are sold through Poolequipmentsuperstore.com and accepts responsibility for such. Poolequipmentsuperstore.com will not accept any liability for user’s ability to use the products purchased and will not advise the user as to applications of any products purchased.

Payment Policy

Poolequipmentsuperstore.com only accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, and PayPal for payment of your order. Unfortunately we cannot accept check or cash payments payment.

30 Day Return Policy

You may return any item purchased at Poolequipmentsuperstore.com, for a refund within 30 days of delivery, however given the nature of the products sold a 25% restocking fee will apply on all returns. Please note the terms and conditions below:

  2. Item must be returned in original box in new and unused condition with all manuals and accessories that came with the product. Items shipped in less than new condition will be refused. Returns found with accessories or manuals missing, will have additional fees added.

  3. You are responsible for the cost to ship the item back to our warehouse. Poolequipmentsuperstore.com will not pay for return shipping and insurance for any item returned. We will not be held liable for products lost or damaged during return shipping.

  4. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for refunds to be processed.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is only available to the lower 48 states, should you require shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us for shipping rates.  International shipping is unavailable at this time.

Poolequipmentsuperstore.com uses UPS ground for shipping of all products we sell. (Currently all items we offer do not require to be shipped UPS freight.) Once the product has left our warehouse it becomes the property of the buyer and Poolequipmentsuperstore.com is not responsible for any products lost or damaged during shipping.

Should a product arrive damaged, such damage must be noted on the shipping receipt prior to acceptance of the product, you then should immediately contact the shipping company to make a claim for the damage. All claims for loss or damage must be made directly with the shipping company; Poolequipmentsuperstore.com will not accept any responsibility for such claims.

Warranty Policy

Poolequipmentsuperstore.com assumes no responsibility to warrant items sold. All warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer.
